I hate Kmart. They are mean there. They have some of the worse services ever. I feel like they just want you to leave them alone. I don't know how many times i asked them for help and they told me this isn't my section. then i think to myself why are you over here then. they usually only have one lane open at a time witch is kind of frustrating.and the bathrooms are never clean i cant stand the smell. The people who run the registers seems like they wanna take there time doing everything. If you like smelly bathrooms. Kmart is the place for you. And if you love mean people that could careless if you get what you need. you will love it there. they sell clothes there for a pretty high price for the quality. they try to sell you a $15.00 shirt that is probably only worth $6.00. So not only do they have bad service and nasty bathrooms. You will love Kmart. Something that they do that's even worse than all those things I listed is that if you need manger assistance or a supervisor they take for ever. I understand that they might busy but it takes over 20 minutes to come over there and help.I think that there customer satisfaction is probably really low . But all in all i give it 2 pitchforks.
